OUR TECHNOLOGY
CBT has adopted an energy-saving production technology that uses membrane separation technology to manufacture sugar derived from non-edible biomass such as sugarcane bagasse, cassava pulp etc.
The technology is an outcome of support under New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization(NEDO) International Demonstration Project.
Our membrane system can recover enzyme and water in order to reduce cost and carbon footprint. At the same time, the system can refine sugar for efficient fermentation or other downstream process.

CBT provides a development service such as contract research, Scale-up test and outsourcing utilizing CBT’s experience, expertise and facility related biomass utilization technology.
